Each cohort is small (8–12 people) and built around a shared context: your profession, your sport, your stage of life. Movement training, group coaching, and health education weave together — and the group itself becomes part of the work. People who sweat together, share challenges, and hold each other accountable build bonds that outlast the program.

Breath work, recovery, mobility, and performance consistency — for trip weekends or training blocks. Surf-specific movement (shoulder mobility, hip/ankle work, tensegrity training), anti-inflammatory nutrition and HRV guidance, and facilitated sessions on fear, ego, flow, and identity in the water.

Metabolic Health

Nutrition habits, hydration, strength preservation, recovery, and energy — built around the real constraints and side effects of GLP-1 medications. Movement protocols for maintaining muscle mass, health education on what the body needs during this transition, and group coaching on habit sustainability.

Perimenopause & Menopause

A whole-person approach to strength, sleep, mood, metabolism, and nervous system support. Evidence-based education on hormonal health, bone density, and metabolic shifts. Movement protocols adapted for this life stage. Facilitated sessions on navigating identity, energy, and showing up for what matters.

Common questions

What if I miss a weekly session?

No problem. Every session is recorded and comes with a full workout plan and move cards. You can do the session on your own time, at your own pace. The group sessions are there for accountability and connection — but the material works solo too.

Is this a medical program?

No. This is a wellness and performance program with three pillars: movement, mindset, and medical education. Dr. Arora's group sessions provide general health education and Q&A — not individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For participants who want clinical services, those are available as optional add-ons through Dr. Arora's separate medical practice, subject to state licensing and a standard clinical intake.

How does the Costa Rica retreat work?

Retreats are optional and organized separately for groups that want an in-person experience. We handle logistics, design the itinerary around your group's goals, and bring the full team. Retreats typically run 4–7 days and include training, surf, adventure, group bonding, and personalized coaching video content you take home. Mention it in your application and we'll share details.

Who is this for?

Our first cohorts are for YPO members and founder communities, surfers (pro and amateur), people on GLP-1 medications, and women navigating perimenopause or menopause. Each cohort is 8–12 people with a shared context. You can bring your own group or apply as an individual.

How long is the program and what does it cost?

Programs run approximately 6 months. Pricing varies by cohort — we'll share specifics when we reach out to applicants. Group rates are available for forums and teams applying together.

Can I work with the team one-on-one?

Yes, as optional add-ons. Jon offers 1:1 movement sessions. Walter offers 1:1 IFS-informed coaching. Dr. Arora offers clinical wellness consultations through her medical practice — these require a separate intake and are subject to state licensing (currently NY, CT, and CA). All 1:1 services are billed separately.
