Guest Speakers

We curate guest speakers matched to each group's interests and challenges. Every speaker is selected for a specific cohort — so the conversation is relevant, not generic.

Each group program includes curated guest speaker sessions — people who bring deep expertise on topics that matter to your specific cohort. A YPO group might hear from a combat veteran on situational awareness under pressure. A surf cohort might hear from an author who's written about fear, identity, and the ocean.

We don't book speakers from a catalog. We match them to the group's context, challenges, and stage — so every session lands.

If you have expertise that would resonate with our cohorts, we'd love to hear from you.

What makes a great guest speaker for our groups

Relevant lived experience

Our cohorts are founders, surfers, people navigating health transitions, and women in midlife. Speakers who've been in similar trenches — not just studied them — resonate most.

Fits one or more of our three pillars

Movement, mindset, or medical. The best sessions connect to at least one pillar and give participants something they can apply immediately.

Conversational, not lecture-style

Our format is small-group and interactive. The best speakers are comfortable with Q&A, storytelling, and following the energy of the room.

Open to being matched to a specific cohort

We don't do general audiences. We'll match you to the group where your expertise is most relevant — and brief you on their context before the session.
